Hey everyone, I am looking to develop AI agents to automate the workflow in my business for data entry, email-responses, research assignments, and CRM-updates. I have visited Upwork and Toptal, but the majority of portfolios feature simple chatbots. I need programmers who can see agentic AI including function invocation, function execution, and multi-step reasoning. What I’m trying to figure out: Where do you actually find dedicated AI specialists? Does agent development have specific forums or communities? I have come across some agent development companies like Contus Tech, but I’m not sure if going with dedicated companies or freelancers will actually work out for my project.
