Today I received an email from Salt that the mobile subscription will increase. Last year they increased the price under the pretext of “increased electricity costs”. This time under the pretext of “investing in the infrastructure”, all of which sounds very very vague. How is this even possible, when someone has a fixed contract for two years but nevertheless the other side decides to change the contract and increase the price. I know there’s probably some clause in the footnote written with font size 5 explaining this, but I am wondering what kind of rights as a Salt customer I have? submitted by /u/vladosaurus
