I’ve been thinking about how fitness culture has changed over the years and how that might influence what people find attractive. There seems to be a wider range of female body types represented now from softer physiques to athletic builds with visible abs, arm definition, and more noticeable muscle tone. For men who are attracted to women, I’m curious how you personally perceive different levels of muscle definition. For example, how does a lean, toned look with visible abs and defined arms compare to a softer or less visibly muscular body type in terms of attraction? What specific aspects of an athletic physique stand out to you is it the discipline it represents, the aesthetic, overall health, proportions, or something else? On the flip side, are there particular levels of muscularity that shift your perception, and what about that change influences your preference? I’m not looking for a simple yes/no answer, but more of an explanation of what factors shape your preference — whether that’s personal experience, cultural influence, media exposure, lifestyle compatibility, or something else entirely. submitted by /u/Upset_Sprinkles5513
