I’ve been digging into AI tools for employee reskilling recently, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. A lot of platforms promise AI-powered learning but end up just giving generic courses or dashboards with zero guidance. The ones that actually work have a few things in common: • Skill gap analysis -AI figures out exactly what skills each employee is missing instead of guessing. • Personalized learning- paths the training adapts to the person’s progress. • Practical projects - it’s not just theory; employees build something real they can show. • Outcome tracking – HR can actually see which skills improved and how it affects performance. We tried a few of these approaches internally, and the difference was night and day compared to standard LMS systems. Suddenly, training wasn’t a checkbox , it was measurable growth. what AI tools have you tried for employee upskilling? Anything that actually made a difference in your team’s performance? (We’ve been experimenting with structured AI-based skill mapping using TalentReskilling ,helps prioritize and track real skill gaps without overcomplicating things.) submitted by /u/Ash_con
