Hey everyone, I recently lost my German passport and have already looked up what steps I need to take next. However, I’m still a bit unsure about the correct procedure in my situation. I’m living in Switzerland and I’m not sure whether I need to go to the German Embassy in Bern or if the Consulate in Zurich is the correct place to handle this. Has anyone here dealt with something similar and can clarify which office I should contact or go to first? I will do the Police report in the next days.
