Hi party people, I immigrated to Switzerland in January and now I found myself in the situation that I just don‘t like the new job. Also, the working conditions are not that great imo. I am an engineer and work at a relatively small company. 42 h + 2 h Vorholzeit, 82K, 20 vacation days, no home office. I started applying for jobs at big companies (like ABB for example) that sound a lot better to me and have better working conditions (at least some home office). Do you think it looks bad that I would leave the company that basically „helped“ me to get here after maybe 6 months of work? I kind of feel bad for even thinking about leaving but I am just not happy. I didn‘t have a proper training at the beginning and I feel like no one is actually working. Edit: I will stay with my current contract as long as I would have a new job secured submitted by /u/divirtus
