So few days ago I noticed a mild pain in my left ball but didn’t think much of it so I went to sleep and woke and it went away them came back a few hours later. I looked it up on google and it couldn’t have been a tesculsr torrison because the pain wasn’t severe or sudden I don’t know if it’s epididymis because i don’t have a fever or throwing up and there is no swelling but a few times there was a pain in my lower back.
