I mean, claude code (whatever model) can’t do that unless you give it relevant permissions. If I were them, I wouldn’t have given it such permissions in the first place for such important work. It seems to me that the company gave it permissions and took the risks that it can make mistakes, then once it makes a mistake, blame it. Ofc, I wasn’t there so I don’t know what actually happened, but the accusation doesn’t really make sense, at least from my experience with claude code. Just saying. submitted by /u/max6296
