In the latest update, Jagex listed a number of issues they said they will not be fixing this Leagues. Three of those involve Blind Bag, and one of them makes the build nearly unusable in late game content. Right after that, they said they want to avoid creating any more pact regret. That does not make much sense. Blind Bag does not work in content where you need to move, which is most of the game. It is unclear who would feel regret if Blind Bag actually worked in those situations. Other builds, like mage, still deal much higher damage and have far better sustain, especially since Blind Bag can be interrupted by movement. Since people cannot change their chosen regions, Without Kandarin, switching to a mage build is not a real option. If it had been clear from the start that they would stop adjusting pacts, despite saying earlier that they were considering buffs, I would not have committed to this build. Since my regions were chosen for this setup, I am now stuck with a build that does not function properly or one that cannot reach its full potential. I hope Jagex can reconsider not changing/tweaking some of the relics up. submitted by /u/ihatethosestupidnorm
