Has anyone faced billing issues with Claude Max upgrade? I had a Pro plan (valid till May 14), upgraded to Max on Apr 30 and got charged $88.96. But the UI still showed the old expiry date. Contacted support to fix it, but the AI agent canceled my subscription and said refund will be processed. Now:

  • No active plan
  • Only $23.60 refunded (Pro)
  • $88.96 still not refunded (shows PAID in invoices) Already raised a ticket, but wanted to check if others faced similar issues and how it got resolved. submitted by /u/im_whoami
