I’m currently looking to switch industries and every interview I do what’s experience in that industry. My skills are definitely transferable to other commercial roles but every one wants industry experience. Any advice on how to over come the questions that come up? Currently I’m in sales management in the physical security field and looking to go into an industry that’s not sure rigid/serious if that makes sense. submitted by /u/DubaiDave
