I joined a new office a year ago and there’s a guy who’s really sweet! Who talks to me very politely and sometimes randomly flirts with me. I was honestly waiting for him to ask me out but he never did so once at a party I asked him if he had anything for me. He panicked and left the party. I haven’t dated much. I don’t have much experience with men so idk why he did that. Asked his best buddy and he told me that they think I am out of his league that’s why he doesn’t approach me. I don’t honestly understand what that means and moved on and another guy asked me out, my friend forced me to take him as +1 at another party. We were almost having fun when the sweet guy from the office started acting weird and jealous. He won’t propose to me but also acts like he has a problem when I am dating someone else?
