Just happened now, opened my laptop with a 100% usage limit on the max plan and a 400$. Immediately checked my IDEs using the claude extensions and no sessions have been left running of some sort. Revoked all access tokens and sign out of all connected devices which was just my laptop. Session limit? Keeps on going up. Called my organisation owner to put limits on the profile.
