So, I’m a 22f and, for the longest time I have been genuinely convinced that men just don’t feel the same romantically that women do. The ONLY man I know who genuinely loves/loved their partner was my dad with my mom. This may just be from personal dating/friend experience or maybe others relate but I have felt like men date people they don’t like. I want to know if you guys actually love the people you’re dating or attracted/married to. Do you guys ever think about doing small activities with your potential or current partner? Do you think about things they might like that you see in your everyday life? Do you think about how much you love them or how you think they are beautiful when they are next to you? Do you ever imagine growing old together or what life would be like together? I need a little hope restored. I THINK you guys feel that way but there’s always a little part of me that doubts that and thinks you guys date (specifically women/opposite sex) because you feel that you have to or want to just to fit the whole “family” scenario or even to please friends or relatives. Please prove me wrong, genuinely🙃 submitted by /u/SubstantialSun8808
