The current claude code (2.1.126) has seemed to really make things significantly worse. Foreground agents not working without environment flags; foreground agents getting stuck because they are not surfacing permission request; buggy behavior when working with /btw; and a litany of other issues. I think the problems really escalated for me at 2.1.121 but i’m not entirely sure. Anyone have recommendations? submitted by /u/4thphantom
