I (m28) work as a full time electrician and am getting ready to buy my first house. I have great credit, money saved, and support from family if truly needed. I want to buy a semi-project house and make it into exactly what I want. I have taken the work into account of the cost but am mainly intrigued from the perspective of people who own homes or having a “project” house. What did you do wrong? What did you do right?
