Hi everyone, I’m currently renting an apartment in the Zug area (Menzingen) and need to find a replacement tenant. Things become harder than we expected. Either candidates are not qualified or giving up before contract signing. I’ve already tried platforms like Flatfox and Facebook, but haven’t had much response so far. I’m wondering if there are better ways or platforms to find someone in this region? The apartment is around 2.5 rooms, located in a quiet area, and still within commuting distance to Zug and Zurich.
