About a week ago I subscribed the the Pro plan to utilize Claude code for a project I’m working on. Got Claude set up in vs code and ran a prompt to build a web app to run reports for pcs on a domain, gather system information, etc. Went to bed after I got the web app up and running and woke up the next day to a ban. I immediately appealed it using the google form (which is really janky IMO). It’s been over a week with no update. I reached out to a customer support email I found online trying to get any information as to what I was banned for but kept getting automated responses telling me to fill out the google form, so I gave up since that wasn’t getting me anything. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so, were you able to get your account reinstated or even just an answer as to why you were banned? I’m considered just subscribing to codex and moving on but I’d really like to continue using Claude to get my web app fully functional, so this really sucks not knowing if I’ll be able to or not. submitted by /u/BudgetAudiophile
