Our healthcare insurance is sending us bills that have very cryptic line items. Such as only “date” and “medical facility”. We are not okay with specificaly one healthcare provider’s line item. How can we best dispute this single line item? How can we in general “force” healthcare providers not to bill our healthcare insurance, but us directly?
