We build functions. They work. We end up in a situation where we need the WORKING function to be called. Instead Claude writes a new (usually broken) function. I point this out and get 'Yeah I should fix that, here’s a fix". Literally 4 turns of me saying “we have that function already, it works. Use it please” and claude is still working on some fantasy function we don’t need. This a repeat logic issue, not individual. At some point I literally go all caps and say “WE WROTE THAT, IT WORKS.
