Took the bot 3 minutes to answer the steak questions. The bot was using all lower-case and made “typos” the whole convo, but when i asked this specific time (second pic), the bots answer suddenly has no typos and even a hyphen! Except the comma at the end. The answer wasnt even in first person, mind you lol. Ive had other associates use the same formatting; typos and all. I even had one delegate my steak question to another associate because it just didn’t know the answer. It seems Amazon is making sure the bots seem as human as possible to avoid paying any real person to help people. submitted by /u/muhys
