Senior FE dev here. Spent 6 hours Saturday hunting leads and writing cold emails. Actual coding this week? Maybe 3 hours. The building isn’t the problem anymore, AI handles that in an afternoon. The problem is finding someone to build for. I can ship a site in a day then spend two weeks trying to get one owner to reply. Tried Yelp scraping, Google Maps, Facebook groups.
