Hi! I am actually a girl but would like advice from men for this one. I just started working at a very make dominated field and I noticed that the few women in here are not taken seriously. I heard male colleagues saying they are too emotional and they break under pressure so they not very reliable, and from what i’ve seen so far, that’s true… They are not as confident as the men i work with and i’ve noticed that they do break more easily under pressure. I don’t want to be like them. I want to be respected like my male colleagues. How can I achieve that? How can I be confident and seen as equal as my male colleagues? Thanks! submitted by /u/menidk
