Normally when I’ve gone to doctors or received a prescription medicine, I’ve received the bill through my health insurance. Last year I had a cataract surgery, and the eye clinic I went to assured me the surgery I was undergoing had been approved by my health insurance provider. I was a bit surprised to see today a payment reminder directly from the clinic. This was not the typical copy of the invoice, this has the payment section (Empfangsschein/zahlteil). This doesn’t seem normal to me, am I missing something obvious? submitted by /u/poizone68
