So quick update I’ve been sleep deprived for 6-7 days already gone to the ER twice. I’ve gone to an urgent care. I’ve seen a psychiatrist and nothing. Has really helped I was told too try 75 mg of Hydroxyzine gave me anxiety, I’ve took melatonin , Benadryl , magnesium, nothing has worked at all I get really sleepy but my anxiety and just being on over drive and literally flight or fight mode that I can get that comfort sleep at all The ER really don’t understand what’s going on they didn’t take me serious at all I’m feeling hopeless confused and scared at this point , so the ER yesterday prescribed alprazolam 0.5 mg I haven’t took it but I will tonight and I’m praying it breaks the cycle , psychiatrist said she would prescribe me Ambien im praying to god something works I’ll feel horrible worse week of my life submitted by /u/Old_Baseball_9470
