Not my father. My dad was blessed with 5 sons and didn’t care. We actually learned how to be men from our neighbor. A man who had no wife and no kids & was never in a relationship with my mom or any woman for that matter. He’d take us camping, fishing, teach us about duty and responsibilities. I don’t know if he saw my mom (single mother) and pitied her, but he’s the best dad I never had. If he didn’t step in my brothers and I would all probably be dead or in prison. Now we’ve got engineers, doctors, lawyers and business owners among us and we’d do anything for each other. So I’m curious… Men on this subreddit who made you the man you are today?
