After using CC via the VS Code plugin, then the desktop app, recently I tried out the terminal/TUI interface. Is it really just a chat interface and slash commands for more information? Almost every tutorial on CC explains AI and agentic coding for beginners. I’m trying I find out if I’m using the UI correctly. Even Claude’s docs don’t go beyond the basic interface. Is there really no ability to open “views” such as changed files, planned tasks, etc? I thought the TUI of CC would be something like htop/btop? I’m very comfortable on the command line and want to use it because this allows me to run Claude over ssh for remote sessions or even sessions under a restricted user on my Mac machine.
