My Swiss health insurance says I didn’t pay my January 2026 premium and sent me a Betreibung. The thing is: I did pay it, and I pay every month regularly. After calling them, they told me the payment was apparently assigned to February instead. I probably used the wrong reference number/payment slip by mistake. So now I’m confused. They received the money, but they still say January is unpaid. Has anyone dealt with something similar in Switzerland? Did you fight it or just pay again?
