I’m sure it depends on exactly how attractive/not attractive you find a person (and how good/bad the prompts are), but I’m wondering how big of a role someone’s prompts on Hinge or another dating app play in changing (or not changing) your initial judgment based on someone’s photo. For example, as a woman, really bad answers to prompts will often cause me to swipe left on someone when I’d otherwise swipe right based on their photo, and answers I like will cause me to swipe right on someone maybe half the time (when I’d otherwise swipe left). submitted by /u/inactiveflowerpot
