I am 25 yo, pretty successful in dating, at least it’s not a problem for me to find a girl for ons or fwb, but its not the point. I go to the gym with my 18yo neighbor, just for context: his father lives in another country, they have contact, he struggles with dating, has never had a gf, haven’t worked yet, lives with his mom, sister and brother (they don’t rly like each other). Sometimes he asks me an advice, but when I tell him that he has to become separated from his family, find a job, get discipline-he is like “yeah yeah” and does nothing. What advice about dating, job, sport, lifestyle, behavior would you give him in this situation?
