Hello. I just had quite a terrible Airbnb experience in Zurich. Animal and human hair in the bed when I arrived, broken and foul smelling dishwasher, no cooking utensils and damaged pots, lightbulbs broken in half of the house’s lights. I gave the host the opportunity to correct these items or issue a partial refund, they refused and became aggressive. They also informed me that it is not legally part of their condo units, and told me not to mention it. Is there a contact website, email or some other way to contact Zurich to report this?
