I’m the best man for my friend’s wedding and I’m planning a bachelor trip to Nassau, Bahamas for Memorial Day Weekend. We’ve got about 10 guys going and already booked the Airbnb and flights. The groom wanted a more chill/fun trip instead of a super packed itinerary, so this is what I’ve planned so far: Friday:
- Fly in
- Grill / drinks at the Airbnb
- Bar hopping at Baha Mar Saturday:
- Brunch at Latitudes
- Beach day
- Planning to hit Cable Beach and/or Junkanoo Beach
- Dinner at Baha Mar
- Club night + likely getting a section somewhere Right now Bond Nightclub seems like the frontrunner, but I’m open to other suggestions if there are better Saturday night spots. Sunday:
- Brunch at Baha Mar Resort
- Beach + jet skis/water activities
- Dinner
- Either bar hopping or another club night depending on the group’s energy A few questions for people familiar with Nassau: Any can’t-miss bars, lounges, beach bars, or clubs for a bachelor group? Is Bond the best option for a Saturday night section, or are there other clubs we should look at? Between Cable Beach, Junkanoo Beach, and Yamacraw Beach, which would you prioritize? Which beach is best for jet skis and water activities? How reliable are rideshare/taxi apps in Nassau? We considered getting a private driver, but since we don’t mind splitting into smaller groups, we may just use apps/taxis unless nightlife transportation gets difficult.
