Claude Code keeps ignoring the selected mode. It does not use the skills I load, even after reloading and including instructions to use skills in the prompt. Further, the last couple of day, Claude Code ignores the mode - e.g. plan mode - and acts like it is in auto mode. I am not near my limits. I am on the Max 20 plan. It almost as if Claude Opus 4.7 is using a very low level model in the background. Anyone else experienced this? submitted by /u/HappyHealth5985
