I swear I’ve tried everything, but no matter what I do, the app refuses to stay alive in the background for more than 2 or 3 minutes. I’m almost convinced it’s a bug in the app itself at this point. On Samsung S23 Ultra I’ve tried the following with no success so far.
- Updated the app just earlier today. Currently on version 237.5
- Placed the app in the “unrestricted” mode with the battery usage section of the app specifically.
- Disabled “Suspend execution for cached apps” in developer settings.
- Disabled completely “put unused apps to sleep” in Background Usage Limits
- Disabled “Adaptive Battery”
- Double checked that I’m not in any type of Power Saving mode. I can’t think of anything else to possibly fix it. The 30 log out timer is completely useless if the app shuts down after 3 minutes of doing anything else. If you have any suggestions I’d be happy to try them. submitted by /u/_Dr_Dripz
