“I did. At first, they brought in a new supervisor who seemed like the right fit. She claimed to have 25 years of experience and all the right certifications, but within two weeks it was obvious she didn’t know the industry or what she was doing. She constantly pushed her work onto others, refused to handle basic responsibilities, and then blamed me or other coworkers when tasks weren’t completed. She also spread false rumors about me, including telling female coworkers that I had issues with women in the industry and sexually harassed them. I reported her to HR, but it wasn’t just me. She had over 10 complaints from project leadership and other departments, yet nothing was done. Even worse, our Senior Manager knew about the complaints and her lying but still took her side. Later, we found out many of the certifications she claimed on her resume were fake or unverifiable. Another manager reported it, but still nothing happened. I was told they’d be parting ways with her soon, but that never happened either. The final straw was a meeting where she once again blamed me for everything while playing the victim. I let her finish, looked at my Senior Manager, and said, ‘I’m ending this meeting now, and I quit.’ Then I walked out. They never called me to come back, but my former coworkers did call and text me to say goodbye.” submitted by /u/FFSoldier57
