Context; i thought after an interview I was going to get a new position that would have helped me a lot financially. Turns out I didn’t meet their requirements and they didn’t tell me what said requirements are. After it I was upset but my usual way to cope is to talk to someone about it and usually I only have texting or messaging to do it. I would still feel like crap but that was my most effective way dealing with it. But talking face 2 face with my current supervisor really helped and calmed my nerves. Gentlemen, do you guys agree? find talking face 2 face about your problems to a sympathetic person you know helps a lot more than talking on text or a phone?
