What’s shown in the plan pane is not the current plan. It’s stuck at whatever the last plan was before you did the update. Claude sometimes ignores Plan Mode and edits the files anyway. I asked how and why and it said it evaded the plan mode by posting the changes to the chat output then saving those to the disk. wow submitted by /u/DeanoPreston
