I’ve been living in Switzerland for about 5 years now and I’ve literally found 0 post jobs as a 3D artist in game studios. With so many industries here, I’m honestly surprised that there are basically no active game studios in the country making video games. I only found some projects but more in the 2D field or mobile games. Is the video game industry just non existent in Switzerland, or am I missing something? Are people working remotely for studios abroad? Is everyone in archviz, advertising or industrial visualization instead? Would love to hear from anyone in the field (or adjacent to it) about the realities here. submitted by /u/astranet-
