A few years ago the idea sounded dystopian to most people, but now a lot of people already casually talk to AI for advice, brainstorming, emotional support, or just boredom. Feels like society crossed the “this is weird” phase surprisingly quickly. Not even talking about replacing human relationships — more like AI becoming a normal background presence in everyday life the same way social media quietly did.
