I’ve been thinking a lot about how quickly AI tools are becoming part of everyday life, especially for studying, writing, coding, editing, and even basic decision-making. On one hand, it feels like AI can make learning faster and help people become more productive because information is easier to access than ever before. On the other hand, I also wonder if relying too heavily on AI could slowly reduce people’s problem-solving skills or motivation to learn things deeply themselves. For example, students can now generate summaries, solve problems instantly, and get explanations without spending as much time struggling through concepts manually. That seems useful, but I can also see why some people worry that it could create dependency over time. I’m curious how others see this developing in the future and whether you think AI will mostly improve human intelligence overall or make people more passive and reliant on technology for everyday thinking. submitted by /u/Ambitious_One_550
