I feel like I’m losing my mind here. This has been happening for months. I’ll kick off a Claude Code session with the cloud environments in plan mode. I’ll come back… and there’s a PR. It switched plan mode off itself and went back to Accept Edits. Is this happening for anyone else?! It’s such an egregious and infuriating bug that I can’t believe that Anthropic’s product team would leave it just broken like this for months and months. submitted by /u/dbbk
