I mean this question exclusively in the context of ballroom dancing: swing, waltz, tango, etc. I do NOT mean night club dancing. How would you feel if you’re S.O.’s hobby was ballroom dancing, and she insisted on being allowed to go out and dance just like she did before she met you? This is assuming you don’t have ballroom experience and can’t keep up because she’s at an advanced level. Would it matter if you knew that ballroom dancing made her happy?
