My husband is a swiss were married for more than 3 years im asian and separated for almost a year now i bring my child from my first partner here in switzerland with me we got separated for some reason one of it is financial problem he only went home 2 or 3 time a week in his house were we live me and my child and most of the time hes always on his moms place because of his work and he only give me allowance 20 sometimes 50 chf a week which not enough sometimes he gave 100 but mostly less so i decided to work in mcdonalds for 50% so i could have my own money but hes the one who get my sons kindergeld and he didnt gave it to me because he said its for other bills to paid and one time i ask him to for help to pay for my child dentist he refuse as he said its my child why he need to pay and now he tell me hes not going to give me a cent when we get divorced if i didnt dign a the marriage contract and hes gonna report me in imigration to bring me and my child to my country is there anyone here can help me what to do ? Im struggling financially we live still in his house but hes threaten me that he will kick us out of the house i f i didnt sign of the marriage contract im studying german now but my salary is still not enough for me and my son to live as he is not giving any at all i pay the the bills in the house he still pay my insurance and my child but he wants me ti pay for it for few months any advice what to do?? submitted by /u/Sufficient_Call8005
