- Service Stability: Have you faced any unexpected service interruptions, frequent random logouts, or temporary drops in access while using the Personal Plan? Is the uptime reliable?
- Billing Integrity: Have there been any instances of unauthorized withdrawals, hidden fees, or unexpected recurring charges on your credit card/bank account after the initial payment?
