If you kill the Whisperer with ranged echoes while she still needs to do her last special, she needs to go to the enraged phase as well, and she just gets confused and just disappears. You don’t get the kill either. Not sure if it only works with ranged echo hits and so far I only managed to do it after the pillar phase, when she still needs to do a soul phase. I think she is also still busy with freezing me. Filled a bug report but just thought people might want to know :) submitted by /u/Petrokaas
