Ever since 4.7 dropped, claude code just often ignores its memories. Sometimes multiple times in the same context while reminding it. Whether on 4.6 or 4.7, though 4.7 is much worse about it. Even added in hooks to check memories and it just doesn’t care. Is there something that can be done or is it just something that requires constant reminders of each explicit process? submitted by /u/kaldrein
