Hey there, I am about to upgrade from my nespresso machine to a bean to cup semi automatic machine. I’m doing this more for environmental and health reasons (not for taste or something). I drink ristretto and my husband drinks cosi. I’m looking for recommendations for coffee beans that might be a bit in the middle?
