You can be younger or older than 40 to answer this question. Life is full of uncertainty, doubt, curiosity, and I think a calming voice is needed every once in awhile. There are things I struggle with, don’t know, am confused about, but don’t necessarily know what to ask or think. I know it’s a common question to ask “what would you tell your younger self,” and this is similar, but if you could have a meaningful discussion where you could console a version of yourself, because “you’ve been there, done it,” I’m curious to how that could translate to others and myself. It hardly ever makes things better when someone says, “you’ll be alright.” I’m needing help with the “process” not the “outcome.” submitted by /u/optimaltimemism
