I have 2 co workers, and they hadn’t talked in months. For story sake co worker 1 “Tyler” works morning, co worker 2 “Bill” works night. Bill didn’t know how to work one of the machines, and just never asked Tyler how. I know how to use it so I showed him how. But Tyler also never asked why he never did his tasks. How do you guys stop talking before asking for help or something? Edit: I guess it’s more how do you guys just not talk to the person you see dang near daily. Also, Tyler assumed bill knew how the machine worked already. It was also a new task he was asked to do at night submitted by /u/Extra-Advertising644
