I 19M am a bit sexually active and have been jerking off for the better part of most of my life. Almost every time since I’ve hit puberty I’ve came a bunch. However recently I started noticing that when I ejaculate not much actually comes out and I get a huge urge to pee and I end up seeing what I believe is semen mixed with it. I havent done anything with anyone since I found out about this because im scared people will think less of me in bed if I dont “cum like my size”. What should I do?
